W.Pa. is real winner of city's marathon by Tribune Review writer Tom Fontaine

Charlie and Janet Pellegrini have what runners want: carbohydrates.

The co-owners of Tambellini Seventh Street Ristorante said they expect a full house of competitors from Sunday's Dick's Sporting Goods Pittsburgh Marathon to fill the 200-seat Downtown restaurant for its all-you-can-eat-pasta special the day before the race.

"They love to load up on carbs for the extra energy, and we love to have them," Janet Pellegrini said.
